CrackView is a 100% digital service. There are no physical products to ship, no boxes to deliver, and no customs to clear. Everything is delivered electronically and accessible immediately through your web browser.

All CrackView services are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, access to your plan or credits is activated and available immediately through your account dashboard. No download or installation is required — simply log in to start.

• Free tier: Instant upon signup • Paid plans & credit packs: Activated immediately after payment confirmation (typically within 1–2 minutes) • In exceptional cases (payment gateway delays): Up to 15 minutes If your account is not activated within 15 minutes, contact support@crackview.io with your payment confirmation.

CrackView is available worldwide. The service operates over the internet with no location restrictions — accessible on any device with a web browser. Bangladesh-specific features (BD Mode, bKash/Nagad payments) are available to all users.

To use CrackView, you need: • Stable internet connection (minimum 1 Mbps recommended) • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) • Microphone access (for audio transcription) • Screen sharing capability (for coding interview support) Real-time features require an active internet connection throughout your interview session.

CrackView targets 99.9% uptime availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible. In the event of extended outages (over 2 hours), affected users may be eligible for service credits. Check our status at support@crackview.io during any incidents.

Interview transcripts and session histories are stored in your account dashboard and accessible at any time. No physical documentation is generated or sent. Data is retained for 90 days after each session.

Your CrackView account works across all devices. Log in from any computer, laptop, or tablet to access your purchased credits and session history. There is no device limit.

Since CrackView is a digital service, there are no customs fees, import duties, or shipping costs regardless of your location. Access is instantaneous from any country.
