By accessing or using CrackView, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Service Description
CrackView is an AI-powered interview assistant that provides real-time responses during job interviews. Our features include screen analysis, live audio transcription, and AI response generation to help job seekers perform better in interviews.
3. User Accounts
You must provide truthful and accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for reporting any unauthorized access promptly to support@crackview.io, and for maintaining only one account per individual.
4. Plans & Credits
CrackView offers the following plans:
• Free Tier: 10 minutes with a 12-minute reset period
• Starter: ৳499 for 60 minutes
• Pro: ৳999 for 300 minutes
• Elite: ৳1,999 for unlimited monthly usage
Credits remain valid indefinitely for one-time packs. Unlimited subscription plans auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CrackView for any illegal purposes, to harass or harm others, to attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service, to share your account credentials with other users, or to engage in any activities that damage CrackView's reputation or systems.
6. Privacy & Data
Your use of CrackView is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Payment Terms
All transactions are processed through secure payment partners. Prices are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). VAT may be applicable depending on your jurisdiction. Payment must be completed before service access is activated. CrackView reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The CrackView service, including all original content, features, software, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of CrackView and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrackView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
CrackView may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. CrackView expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
